Расследование мошенничества в рамках программы защиты рабочих мест обнаружило 7,2 миллиона долларов неправомерных займов. Государственный контрольный орган выявил случаи недостоверной отчетности и необоснованных выплат в рамках программы Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

В ходе проверки было выявлено, что компании, принимавшие участие в программе, получали крупные суммы даже не соответствуя условиям, установленным программой. Некоторые компании даже фиктивно увеличивали зарплаты своих сотрудников или подтасовывали документы.

Следственная группа также выявила факты фальсификации финансовых отчетов и искажения информации о размерах доходов компаний.

По результатам расследования было обнаружено, что общая сумма неправомерных займов составила 7,2 миллиона долларов. Государственные органы намерены наказать виновных и принять меры для предотвращения подобных случаев в будущем.
